Quench Protection:
Discontinue using old, pieced together equipment for pressurizing helium storage containers which were never meant for helium fills.
Avoid ice blockages due to inefficient equipment.
Avoid quench related down-time of 2-3 weeks, if not longer. Reduce the cost of having samples run outside.
Avoid potentially having to replace the magnet at a cost of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Steer clear of paying thousands of dollars to recommission a magnet with little or no money left in the budget.
