Bruker Sample Changers:
The Bruker Automatic Sample Changer (B-ACS), used in conjunction with Bruker DIS, UX or XWIN- software, provides dialog-guided facilities which allow the user to easily and effectively perform automatic (continuous) experiments.

Features include a 60 or 120 sample capacity, random accessing of samples, positive sample identification with the optional bar code reader, and temperature control of individual samples with the optional sample heater unit.

B-ACS provides for unlimited flexibility to your particular requirements, for example complex 1D and 2D multipulse experiments can be combined and added to the experiment library for repeated use.

B-ACS Sample Changer

The entire automation package is part of the standard spectrometer software and may be used without a changer for individual samples; thus, an automated series of experiments may run unattended, e.g. 1H, 13C, DEPR, 2D.

The standard software includes the comprehensive automation package required for the Automatic Sample Changer. It features automatic instrument optimization, phasing, integration and plotting. Specialized routines assist data interpretation. Easy set-up procedures are accomplished via dialog software at three user-interface levels.

The B-ACS Sample Heater 120C is used in connection with the Bruker Automatic Sample Changer (B-ACS 60, B-ACS 120) for Spectrometers. By Using the B-ACS Sample Heater you are able to preheat probes to a range of +30°C and +120°C depending upon the ambient temperature.

Available for all super-conducting spectrometers.
Up to 120 samples
Random access
Sample identification with bar code reader
Temperature control and the automation software to fully utilize the sample changers performance

Three independent jobs for accumulation, processing and plotting:
Automated phasing
Plotting and integral resets
Automatic expansions of regions containing signals
Automated 1H/13C or 4-nuclei spectroscopy with appropriate probe heads
Conditional accumulation to a predefined S/N, on pre-defined peak regions

Easy as 1 - 2 - 3
Enter sample number experiment (from the library)
Plot title
The spectrometer will do the rest

Flexible
Any combination of parameters in a type A experiment can be altered as desired.

Sophisticated Experiments
Unlimited flexibility in matching your particular requirements; complex 1-D and 2-D multi-pulse experiments can be combined and can be added to the library for repeated use as in A.
The entire automation package is part of the standard spectrometer software and can be used without a changer on individual samples; thus, an automated series of experiments can be run unattended, e.g. 1H, 13C, DEPT, 2-D.

Easy set up procedure via dialog software at three user-interface levels.
